Chris Pickering
An Australian country singer, songwriter and guitarist
On “A Safer Place” he plays most instruments, with notable guest appearances include: bass by the incomparable Helen Russell, slide guitar on Goodbye Cruel World by one David McCormack, violin by Golden Fiddle winner Jo Lack
Until June 2004, Chris drummed and sang for the Boat People.
Listening to chris, we now seem to be coming into some real music that we seem to have lost over the last couple of decades. A fresh sound all round.
