David Dondero

An American singer, songwriter.

Dondero started playing music in 1979 as a drummer.

Dondero has been attributed with creating the distressed vocal style which influenced Conor Oberst of Bright Eyes.

He has toured with such acts as Bright Eyes, Tilly and the Wall, Spoon, and Willy Mason. His former projects were Sunbrain, This Bike is a Pipe Bomb, and The Flatwheelers.

David Dondero is a modern-day troubadour, a minstrel, a bard, a rolling stone, a traveling wilbury, he gets around.
