Phil Shulman
Born in Glasgow, Scotland, Phil was a member of the progressive rock group “Gentle Giant” from 1970 to 1972.
He is the oldest of the three Shulman brothers.
A multi instrumentalist, he has played alto and tenor saxophone, flute, clarinet, trumpet, mellophone, piano, plus occasional percussion and vocals.
Brother of Derek – Sax and Ray Shulman Vocalist and Bassist for
“Gentle Giant” that formed in 1970.
Previously he had starred with “Simon Dupree and the Big Sound”.
Phil lives in Gosport, England, where he runs a gift shop.
