Sophie Monk
An Australian singer, songwriter and actress.
Known for being a member of the all girl group ‘Bardot’.
The group had much success in Australia and overseas.
Sophie’s musical career started in 1999 throgh advertising for female girl singers and dancers.
This ended up with with an Australian version of ‘The Spice Girls’
Bardot hit the charts with ‘Poison’, an album wich gave the girls a
#1 with ‘I Should’ve Never Let You Go’.
After much success the group disbanded in 2002.
Sophie began work on a solo career with a contract with Warner Brothers.
Sophie co wrote ‘ Can’t Get You Out Of My Head’ with Rob Davis for Australia’s Kylie Minogue.
Even more roles came into play as a model and also involed as a spokes women for ‘Expozay Swim Wear’
In 2003 her debut album ‘Calender Girl’ was released.
later in 204 she left ‘Warner Music’ .
In 2006 Sophie Monk has established herself in Hollywood and appeared in ‘The Mystery Of Natalie Wood’ and aslo ‘Flick’, a film with Adam
Sandler etc.
