Formed in Adelaide 1970
Glass Web, and Adelaide band during the seventies.
In 1970. They released a single in 1970, and later released “Two faced woman” on the Nationwide label.
In 1971 another single “National hero” – “Rock & roll me baby” was released on Raven.
Second and final single for the Adelaide band would be their first, “In A Year Or So”, made the lower reaches of the top 40 locally in 1970 but National Hero, released in 1971, did not chart at all. More details, especially lyrics, welcome!
Little data about Glassweb is not available. The band usually describes them as political.
